About the Opportunity
This is your chance to build category strategies from scratch and shape the Home & Living offering for a disruptive online marketplace. You’ll own the entire process — from sourcing and onboarding brands to optimising storefronts and driving promotions. What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and execute innovative category strategies, fully aligned with the company’s ambitious growth vision.

• Source, select, and onboard brands and products, managing negotiations through to successful launches.

• Build and optimise category storefronts to enhance customer navigation and discovery.

• Operate creatively with limited resources — balancing manual processes today with scalable systems for tomorrow.

• Analyse customer feedback, behaviour, and category performance to spot opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to deliver high-impact promotional campaigns.

• Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and profitability.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and tech teams to deliver seamless execution.

• Bring new ideas, solve problems, and champion continuous improvement in everything you do.

Who You Are
✅ Proven experience in Retail/eCommerce within Category Management, Buying, or Trade Marketing — ideally in Home & Living for the European market.
✅ Deep market understanding and the drive to disrupt traditional ways of working.
✅ A confident negotiator who can secure best-in-class margins while inspiring others to do the same.
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with the energy and ownership to get things done at pace.
✅ Strong communicator and problem solver who loves working with data to uncover insights and action plans.
