As Distribution Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader on the floor—keeping operations smooth, teams motivated, and service levels high. If you’re energized by a fast-paced warehouse environment and love rolling up your sleeves to make things better, this is your kind of gig.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates and drivers

• Monitor daily order flow, inventory movement, and outbound deliveries

• Drive continuous improvement in safety, accuracy, and efficiency

• Partner with senior leadership to implement SOPs and new processes

• Make sure customers get what they need—on time, every time

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience supervising teams in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to bring people with you

• Working knowledge of WMS or inventory systems

• Comfortable balancing priorities in a busy, ever-evolving environment
