We’re supporting an innovative, high-growth SaaS company in their search for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive expansion across the Eastern U.S.
This is a key strategic role focused on growing enterprise relationships within Fortune 2000 and upper mid-market accounts. You’ll be the face of the brand across the territory, identifying opportunities, building strong customer partnerships, and working closely with leading ecosystem players such as Snowflake, Databricks, and global systems integrators to accelerate adoption.
The ideal person will bring a strong mix of commercial drive, technical fluency, and relationship-building ability, someone comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
Take ownership of ARR growth across the East territory, through both direct sales and partner collaboration.
Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of strategic enterprise opportunities, using MEDDIC or similar methodologies.
Position the company’s platform as the solution for enterprise leaders looking to balance data access, security, and governance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineering, Product, and Field CTO teams to create tailored proposals for each client’s data environment.
Build joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners including Snowflake, Databricks, EY, and Tiger Analytics.
Maintain clear visibility of pipeline and forecast accuracy through HubSpot and partner CRM systems.
Champion the voice of the customer internally, providing insights that influence product direction and go-to-market strategy.
Act as a thought leader in the region, representing the business across topics like AI governance, data security, and modern cloud architectures.
8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, consistently hitting or exceeding $1M+ ARR targets.
Proven track record selling within data security, data governance, analytics, or cloud infrastructure.
Strong understanding of modern data environments, cloud data lakes, ETL pipelines, hybrid architectures, and BI tools.
Comfortable engaging senior-level stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CDO, CFO) and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
Experience selling into regulated or data-rich sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology.
Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with the ability to operate in a high-growth, evolving environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a genuine ability to simplify technical complexity into business outcomes.
Awareness of emerging AI, privacy, and data compliance trends is an advantage.
