We’re looking for an External Sales Executive with a strong Automation background to join
their successful team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build strong business relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, you’ll be out on the road, where the action happens! Account Management: Nurture and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring top-level service and satisfaction.
- Identify, pursue, and win new customers in your region to help expand the client base.
- Dive deep into customer needs and offer tailored automation solutions from a broad and trusted product portfolio. Sales Strategy Execution: Bring the company’s sales strategy to life in your region.
- Become an expert on our manufacturers and solutions helping you cross-sell and upsell like a pro.
- Hit your monthly sales targets and share in the success with team bonuses.
- Work closely with the internal sales team to create seamless customer experience.
- Stay organised to maximise customer visits and sales activities.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Keep management updated with pipeline updates and performance reports.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in external sales, ideally in Automation or Electrical Distribution Strong knowledge (or eagerness to learn) about automation products and solutions
- A track record of smashing sales targets
- A full UK driving license (essential for travel)
