We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to join a fast-growing team, building relationships with independent retailers, convenience stores, coffee shops across your region.

🧁What You’ll Be Doing

·        Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

·        Presenting new products to retailers in a persuasive and engaging way, highlighting their unique benefits.

·        Delivering a consistent and reliable service to customers, ensuring their shelves stay stocked and their businesses supported.

·        Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive territory management.

·        Keeping accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and feedback using digital tools.

·        Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments to spot growth opportunities.

🍫What We’re Looking For

·        Proven experience in Field Sales or Van Sales, ideally within the FMCG, food or drink sector.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·        Strong time management and organisational abilities, you’ll be managing your own territory and schedule.

·        Proficiency with IT systems for reporting and record-keeping.

·        A motivated, target-driven attitude and resilience to succeed in a competitive market.

·        A full manual UK driving license is essential.
