The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a high-growth, international organisation operating at the forefront of technology-led services and sustainable solutions. With a strong global footprint and long-standing market presence, this business continues to invest heavily in innovation, people, and operational excellence.
This is a rare opportunity to join a company where finance operations are seen as mission-critical, not back-office — and where your impact will be visible, valued, and rewarded.
The Role
As Financial Operations Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of a critical invoicing and revenue function, ensuring accuracy, control, and continuous improvement across a complex, fast-moving environment.
This role suits someone who enjoys leading from the front, improving processes, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Owning the end-to-end customer invoicing lifecycle
· Ensuring revenue is captured accurately, completely, and on time
· Driving process improvements to streamline and scale operations
· Maintaining strong financial controls and governance
· Overseeing Direct Debit processing within strict deadlines
· Completing reconciliations using multiple data sources
· Producing insightful billing reports and commentary
· Building strong working relationships across the wider business
· Supporting operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
· 3+ years’ experience in a Finance or Operations environment
· Strong background in invoicing, reconciliations, or revenue operations
· Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
· A detail-focused, process-driven mindset
· Proven experience improving or fixing operational processes
· Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
· Positive, resilient, and solutions-focused attitude
What’s In It For You
· Competitive salary and performance-related bonus
· Strong benefits package including pension and wellbeing support
· Long-term career development within a growing international business
· Exposure to senior stakeholders and complex operations
· A role with genuine influence and progression potential
I’m a people-person through and through, working in recruitment across the UK and Ireland for some of our key clients. I love connecting with others, spotting potential, and helping people find roles that truly make them shine. When I’m not chatting careers, you’ll usually find me with my mini sausage dog, Dennis, by my side and a cold, crisp glass of wine (or a Diet Coke!) in hand — the perfect combo for winding down after a busy day.
