We are Nter Talent, proudly supporting our client in the search for a Food Safety & Quality Specialist to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who thrives in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance across food production operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Food Safety Management – Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP plans, lead audits, investigate incidents, and ensure up-to-date compliance with regulations.

• Quality Assurance – Oversee QC processes, maintain SOPs, carry out testing, and provide insightful quality reports.

• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure readiness for inspections, maintain documentation, and stay ahead of evolving legislation.

• Training & Education – Deliver training across teams, foster a strong food safety culture, and mentor colleagues.

• Continuous Improvement – Drive efficiency through KPI monitoring, process optimisation, and collaboration with R&D.

• Supplier Management – Audit and approve suppliers, ensuring raw materials and ingredients meet required standards.

• Crisis Management – Prepare and lead emergency response and recall plans when needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in Food Safety & Quality Assurance, ideally within a food manufacturing or production environment.

• Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and food safety legislation.

• Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

• A proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement and high standards.
