Loss Prevention & Security Manager
Locations: Houston, Texas OR Atlanta, Georgia  
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 base + annual bonus

Nter Talent is supporting a search for a Loss Prevention & Security Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing e-commerce and logistics organization operating across multiple distribution sites.

This role will be responsible for leading safety, security, and loss prevention programmes within warehouse and logistics environments. The successful candidate will design and implement safety management systems, oversee emergency response planning, manage incident investigations, and ensure full regulatory compliance. The position plays a key role in protecting people, physical assets, and business continuity while supporting scalable, sustainable operations.

Key Focus Areas:
• Safety management systems and emergency response planning
• Loss prevention strategy and asset protection
• Incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Regulatory compliance and security infrastructure oversight
• Third-party security management and external agency coordination

Ideal Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Security, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in safety, security, loss prevention, compliance, or warehouse operations
• Strong working knowledge of EHS, fire safety, asset protection, and operational risk frameworks
• Experience leading audits, investigations, or risk mitigation initiatives
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate in multi-site or international environments
• Mandarin & English speaker
