Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of a high-performing manufacturing site? We’re on the lookout for a Manufacturing Facilities Manager who can combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership.

In this role, you’ll:
🔧 Lead and develop a team of facilities & maintenance professionals
📊 Deliver a 3-year rolling facilities strategy to support growth
🏗️ Oversee CapEx projects, upgrades & site expansions
✅ Ensure compliance with industry safety, health & environmental standards
🤝 Partner with production, engineering & quality teams to keep operations running seamlessly
💡 Drive continuous improvement across the site

✨ What we’re looking for:
🎓 HNC/HND in a relevant engineering or technical discipline (or equivalent)
⚡ Strong understanding of regulations (LOTO, PUWER, etc.)
🛡️ Occupational Health & Safety certifications (NEBOSH or OSHA)
🏗️ Proven track record in delivering Capital Expenditure (CapEx) programmes
💻 Hands-on experience with CMMS systems
🤝 Demonstrated knowledge of safe contractor control practices

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a manufacturing background who thrives on leading teams, improving operations, and driving long-term impact.

💷 Salary: £50k–£60k
