A Bit About the Role

• Support the design, development, maintenance and improvement of bespoke food production equipment.
• Get involved with equipment trials, testing, and commissioning on site.
• Work closely with the R&D, production, and operations teams to optimise performance and solve real-world engineering challenges.
• Learn from experienced people across the business while building your skills in automation, process control, and machinery design.
• Help deliver projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive innovation on the factory floor.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Strong interest in machinery design, automation, and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on mindset. You enjoy problem-solving, tinkering with equipment, and figuring out how things work.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a hunger to learn.
