Leading and supporting department managers across the UK & Ireland.
Turning strategy into delivery – making sure targets are met and standards kept high.
Coaching, developing, and building capability across your teams.
Managing budgets, driving cost efficiency, and negotiating with suppliers.
Improving systems and embedding processes that actually stick.
Fostering collaboration across departments to keep everything joined up.
Leading change projects and guiding people through transitions.
A strong track record of managing large operational teams.
Confidence with budgets, contracts, and commercial decision-making.
Clear, effective communication skills.
Comfortable with Excel, Office, and picking up new systems quickly.
Flexibility to travel
Energy, resilience, and a hands-on leadership style.
Full-time, Birmingham HQ based.
Core hours 9–5, with flexibility when needed.
Regular UK & Ireland travel.
