About the Role:

Nter Talent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, innovative global business that’s shaping the future of mobility, sustainability, and technology. As part of their expanding Telematics division, they’re seeking ambitious Sales Representatives to join their high-performing team in Crewe.

 

This is a key sales role focused on driving growth through inbound lead conversion and outbound cross-selling to existing customers. You’ll promote cutting-edge telematics and vehicle tracking solutions, working within a fast-paced, energetic environment that offers excellent earnings and genuine career progression.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·       Convert inbound leads from digital campaigns into sales opportunities.
  • ·       Proactively contact existing customers to cross-sell products.
  • ·       Deliver engaging online product demonstrations using screen-sharing tools.
  • ·       Build consultative relationships to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • ·       Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage a high-volume pipeline.
  • ·       Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and activity targets.
  • ·       Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • ·       Experience in outbound, inbound, or B2B lead conversion sales.
  • ·       Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • ·       Confident delivering presentations and handling objections.
  • ·       Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven record of success.
  • ·       Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office tools.
  • ·       Adaptable, fast learner with a collaborative team mindset.
