Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies and industries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions and proposals for potential clients
• Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners
• Mentor and guide junior business development team members

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience within the transport/logistics space
• 5-7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles
• Demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals and achieving revenue targets
• Strong proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and relationship management
• Excellent communication and written skills in French
