What you’ll be doing

• Manage end-to-end renewals, ensuring full compliance with FCA regulations
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to less experienced team members
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and insurers
• Respond to client queries with professionalism and in-depth knowledge
• Drive client retention and renewal success through expert advice and attention to detail
• Identify new business and cross-sell opportunities within your client base
• Keep the Acturis system fully updated with accurate client and policy data

What you’ll bring

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial insurance (motor and non-motor)
• Ideally CII qualified, or actively working towards certification
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven client relationship management skills
• Excellent organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to lead by example, mentor others, and collaborate across teams
• Familiarity with Acturis or similar insurance platforms is a strong plus
