Case Study:

Enabling a New Market Entry

Client was looking to enter a new market and hire their number 1 employee in the new territory. With no knowledge of the local talent, salaries of hiring processes. With no physical presence they also had no ability to conduct first stages face to face. 

Our solution was to market map the new location presenting our findings with a full market analysis with the hiring team. Showcasing salaries and benefits packages along with full competitor market mapping. We then agree on a full process and first stage interview questions. Conducting a full video shortlist to share with the hiring team. 

Nter Talent then managed the whole process including facilitating face to face interviews at the final stage. 

The client was able to get a local feel to their international hiring, offer candidates a personalised feel to the process as well as gain invaluable intel on the market they were about to enter. As the retained dedicated partner this enabled our client to get the best possible service and solution in place.
