🔹 About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for a leading 3PL provider in Kent. You’ll be responsible for winning new contracts, developing client relationships, and expanding the company’s reach in key logistics markets.

 

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Identifying and securing new business opportunities in warehousing & transport solutions

✅ Managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract signing

✅ Building strong relationships with retail, e-commerce, and FMCG clients

✅ Staying ahead of industry trends to provide innovative supply chain solutions

✅ Working closely with operations to ensure seamless client onboarding

 

🔹 What We’re Looking For

🚀 Proven experience in business development / sales within 3PL, warehousing, or transport logistics

📦 Strong knowledge of contract logistics & supply chain solutions

🤝 A natural relationship-builder with excellent negotiation skills

📊 Commercially savvy with a track record of hitting sales targets

🚗 UK driving license (you’ll be out meeting clients!)
