Job Overview

The Business Development – Partnerships role will play a crucial role in expanding the business through strategic alliances and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, partnership and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, including key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and structure complex partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored partnership proposals and presentations
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential partners in the industry
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities, regularly updating and reporting on progress
  • Develop and implement partner onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and successful collaborations
  • Work closely with the sales team to leverage partnerships for revenue generation and business expansion
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and forge new connections

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing partnership deals
  • Strong proficiency in sales techniques, relationship management, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to structure complex partnership agreements.
