We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Claims Administrator to join our fast-paced team. This key role supports the end-to-end processing of insurance claims, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes. If you thrive in a detail-driven environment and excel in communication, customer service, and data entry, we’d love to hear from you.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage insurance claims from submission through to resolution
  • Review and verify claim documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for claimants, insurers, and stakeholders
  • Accurately input and update claim information in internal systems
  • Assist in claim investigations by gathering evidence and liaising with third parties
  • Ensure all claims are handled in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain well-organized and up-to-date digital and physical claim files
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated or complex claims
  • Generate claims reports and contribute to identifying process improvements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues alike
  • Stay informed on industry updates, policy changes, and best practices
 
About You
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident handling confidential information
  • Comfortable using databases and managing data accurately
  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Previous experience in claims, insurance, or a similar administrative role is preferred
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory guidelines is an advantage
