Role Overview:

As a CNC Kernel Development Expert, you will be instrumental in designing, developing,

and optimizing our proprietary CNC kernel software. Your work will aim to match or exceed

the performance of leading international systems, helping us maintain a competitive edge

in precision and real-time control.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct benchmark analyses of market-leading CNC systems, particularly and leverage insights to improve cycle times, precision, and dynamic performance of our solutions

·        Collaborate closely with embedded systems and servo drive teams to ensure seamless kernel integration into real-time platforms (ARM+RTOS or Linux with real time patches)

·        Contribute to technology road mapping, including development and introduction of advanced machining strategies such as Advanced Surface machining, 5-axis RTCP, and High-Speed Cutting  

·        Participate in system-level testing, simulation, and prototype commissioning, including international travel for deployment and evaluation in Europe and Asia

·       Produce technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal engineering teams and application specialists

Qualifications:

·        Deep understanding of CNC technologies and architecture

·        Proficiency with real-time operating systems, embedded platforms, and multi-axis motion control algorithms

·        Analytical mindset with a focus on benchmarking and performance optimization

·        Willingness to travel internationally for on-site testing and support
