Nter Talent is recruiting on behalf of a leading, forward-thinking global organisation providing innovative solutions across mobility, connectivity, and technology. The company is fast-growing, agile, and committed to sustainability and continuous improvement.

They are now looking for a Collections Advisor to join their Credit team in Crewe. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to manage a portfolio of accounts, support debt recovery processes, and contribute to the overall success of a high-performing collections team.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries to recover outstanding balances.

•           Negotiate payment arrangements that balance customer needs with company objectives.

•           Handle customer queries professionally, providing accurate guidance on account status and payment options.

•           Maintain detailed records of communications and actions taken on accounts.

•           Escalate complex or at-risk cases to Senior Collections Advisor or Collections Supervisor/Manager.

•           Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

•           Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction while maximising collections performance.

•           Participate in training sessions and share best practices with the team.

•           Meet individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

•           Minimum of 1 year in collections, customer service, or a related field.

•           Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle challenging conversations professionally and tactfully.

•           Good organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.

•           Basic knowledge of collections processes and relevant regulatory requirements is advantageous.

•           Comfortable using collections software and data entry systems.

Desirable:

•           Experience in a collections or credit control environment.

•           Knowledge of regulatory compliance in debt recovery processes.
