Collections Supervisor

Job Title: Collections Supervisor
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum
Location: Crewe (Office-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of collections agents handling both inbound and outbound activity.

• Monitor and coach team members to meet collection targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Act as the first point of escalation for complex or sensitive cases.

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and automation opportunities.

• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Identify training needs and contribute to staff development plans.

• Create a positive and accountable team environment.

About You:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a collections setting.

• Strong knowledge of collections strategies and regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.

• Proven track record in hitting KPIs and managing performance in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset.
