Construction Manager

We are expanding our field services and commissioning support team across multiple utility-scale energy sites in the Southwest. We are looking for experienced Construction Managers who can lead on-site activities, coordinate with customers, and keep projects moving efficiently from installation through commissioning.

This is a hands-on field position supporting short-cycle project sites (typically 2–6 weeks). You’ll oversee small crews, maintain daily reporting, and be the primary customer interface on-site.

• Lead and supervise construction and field service activities at active project sites
• Coordinate daily work, schedule tasks, and ensure safety & quality standards
• Act as the primary customer liaison – represent the OEM professionally on-site
• Document progress and provide clear reporting to internal stakeholders
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and make practical, on-the-spot decisions
• Support installation, QA, and commissioning workflows
• Move between sites regularly and adapt quickly to new environments

What We’re Looking For

• 20+ years experience in construction, utility, heavy industrial, or energy projects
• Strong background across mechanical, electrical, and civil scopes
• Experience in BESS, Utility-Scale Solar, EPC, or large industrial environments preferred
• Comfortable leading crews of 2–8 on-site
• Able to travel frequently and work in changing field conditions
• Strong common-sense decision-maker — confident working independently
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
