Nter Talent is supporting a fast-growing global business specialising in mobility solutions in their search for a Customer Service Advisor to strengthen their team in Ronse. With a wide range of services including fuel cards, telematics, EV charging stations, telecom, and more, this company provides smart solutions to businesses worldwide.

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are a key player in ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You provide exceptional support, think in solutions, and make sure customers feel heard and helped.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and email 
• Provide clear information about products and services
• Quickly and efficiently resolve issues or complaints
• Proactively reach out to customers with service updates and promotions
• Spot opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Collaborate with internal departments to handle more complex customer needs

Requirements:

• Professional level of Dutch and French (English is a plus)
• Customer service experience is desirable
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Stress-resistant, patient, and able to multitask
• MS Office and Outlook use
