The Role:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team focused on capturing and converting inbound leads in the reseller market. This is a critical role where you will define and implement strategies that deliver exceptional revenue growth while championing customer excellence.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the inbound sales function, driving high conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies aligned with our U.S. expansion objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key resellers and distribution partners.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize lead generation and pipeline conversion.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a top-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  
Required Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience within the Telematics or IoT industry.
  • Strong understanding of reseller market dynamics.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think big while executing detailed strategies.
