Nter Talent is recruiting on behalf of a global, forward-thinking organisation providing innovative solutions across technology, mobility, and connectivity. The company is fast-growing, data-led, and committed to sustainability and continuous improvement.
They are now looking for a Global Reward Analyst to join their newly established Reward function. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop a brand-new area within the business, supporting global reward projects and influencing strategy across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture, evaluate, and maintain global salary and benefits data to inform the company’s reward offering.
• Build and maintain detailed Excel models to cost and analyse pay and benefits.
• Support the harmonisation and transformation of global reward structures.
• Provide data insights and analytics to the Head of Reward to inform decision-making.
• Develop predictive benchmarking and modelling tools for pay and benefits.
• Co-ordinate remuneration review processes, ensuring policy alignment and data accuracy.
• Contribute to the annual pay review and bonus processes.
• Lead and deliver ad-hoc reward and benefits projects.
• Partner with the Head of Reward to develop and promote colleague benefits.
• Produce high-quality reports and analytics to support effective business decisions.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working with pay and benefits across multiple countries.
• Advanced Excel skills (including VBA, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, VLOOKUPS, and model building).
• Strong analytical and numerical ability with attention to detail.
• Experience using Power BI or Tableau for data visualisation.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a logical, structured approach.
• High level of initiative and independence.

• Experience using reward or HRIS platforms.
