Nter Talent is proud to be partnering with an innovative, fast-growing food and logistics business to appoint a Head of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a mission-driven organisation that is redefining how fresh food reaches consumers through cutting-edge operations, technology, and supply chain innovation.

As the senior EHS leader, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving a world-class safety culture across a complex operational environment. You’ll partner closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure compliance, reduce risk, improve performance, and champion the wellbeing of employees across the business.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead company-wide safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and all applicable regulations

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programmes and procedures

• Lead audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions

• Oversee safety training and certification programmes

• Manage and develop the EHS team

• Track and report safety metrics to support strategic decision-making

• Support workers’ compensation, auto claims, and general liability matters

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience

• Background within food manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or plant operations preferred

• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations

• CSP, CHCM, or related certifications highly desirable

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive safety-first cultures

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

💰 Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 + comprehensive benefits package
