What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the driving force behind strategic business development — identifying opportunities, building meaningful partnerships, and collaborating across teams to design and deliver solutions that solve real-world challenges for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders across a range of sectors.

• Engage in intelligent, insight-led conversations to uncover customer needs and ambitions.

• Work closely with internal pricing, operations, and solution design teams to develop compelling value propositions.

• Lead the creation and delivery of winning proposals, from first contact through to successful contract award.

• Champion customer perspectives internally, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a commercially astute, people-focused leader who sees opportunities others might miss — and can turn them into measurable results.

You will:

• Be an excellent communicator and listener, able to quickly build trust.

• Have experience in complex B2B sales, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or transport.

• Be comfortable with long sales cycles, tenders, and strategic account management.

• Think creatively and strategically to solve problems.

• Thrive in collaborative environments and be motivated by team success.
