HR Business Partner - Mexico City

Nter Talent is partnering with a global logistics organization to hire an experienced HR Business Partner for their site in Mexico City. This is a high-impact role that will see you working closely with senior leadership teams to align people strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success within a fast-paced, innovative logistics environment.

Role Overview

As the HRBP, you will play a strategic role in partnering with leadership across the logistics division to deliver effective HR solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. You will focus on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and cultural initiatives that foster engagement and performance across the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership teams to understand business goals and deliver HR strategies that enhance organizational performance.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development, ensuring the business is equipped with the right skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to design recruitment strategies that address critical skill gaps within logistics operations.
• Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and handling performance or conduct issues effectively.
• Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives aligned with global business priorities.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and alignment with best practice.
• Use HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve processes.
• Champion employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives to strengthen company culture and belonging.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
• Proficient Mandarin speaker. 
• Proven expertise in performance management, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
