You’ll play a key role in bringing robotic welding cells to life — working closely with system integrators to design, implement, and optimise cutting-edge solutions that boost productivity, quality, and efficiency.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • 🤝 Collaborate with system integrators to design, implement, and optimise robotic welding cells.

  • ⚙️ Lead setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automated welding systems to enhance performance.

  • 🧩 Ensure seamless integration into existing production lines, resolving technical challenges with ease.

  • 👨‍🏭 Provide technical support and training to production teams on robotic operation and maintenance.

  • 📈 Monitor and analyse system performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • 🔄 Work cross-functionally to align design, engineering, and production goals.

  • 💡 Stay ahead of the curve with the latest welding, robotics, and automation innovations.

🎓 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in automation and/or robotics engineering.

  • Strong hands-on experience with robotic or automation systems.

  • Solid understanding of PLC programming, robotic controls, and industrial automation platforms.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Clear, confident communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).

🌟 Bonus Skills

  • Experience developing or leading new automation projects.

  • Knowledge of CAD and simulation tools for robotic system design.

  • Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in manufacturing automation.
