Nter Talent is supporting our client in the search for a Contract Manufacturing Engineer to support ongoing Bridges and Boxer production programmes.
This position offers a unique opportunity to deliver tangible process improvements and drive operational excellence in a cutting-edge defence environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  •        Provide hands-on engineering solutions to support the build process.
  •        Lead quality and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
  •        Develop jigging, fixture, and alignment processes to improve dimensional accuracy.
  •        Drive lean efficiency improvements to reduce build time and waste.
  •        Support project management in cross-functional execution.
  •        Maintain manufacturing documentation and SOPs
  •        Uphold all EHS, manufacturing, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  •        Degree/HND/Higher Apprenticeship in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
  •        Proven technical experience in complex engineering environments.
  •        SAP planning and BOM structuring skills.
  •        Understanding of automation, welding, and jig/fixture design.
  •        Hands-on, flexible approach with strong communication and analytical skills.
