We are seeking an experienced Motion Control Algorithms Expert to drive the next generation of high-performance industrial robot systems. This role will focus on developing and optimising advanced control strategies to enhance motion efficiency, precision, and vibration reduction, while exploring cutting-edge approaches in robotics and AI. Key Responsibilities

•       Develop and refine motion control algorithms to improve robot efficiency, precision, and vibration minimisation.

•       Research and apply innovative control methods, including AI-enhanced motion control, Model Predictive Control (MPC), and modern control theory innovations.

•       Analyse and optimise the performance of core robot components, including gears, motors, servo drives, and control hardware.

•       Lead and participate in prototyping activities, from architecture design to core algorithm implementation, simulation, and prototype testing.

Qualifications & Experience

•       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field, with over 10 years of experience in the robotics industry.

•       Proven track record in projects focused on vibration reduction and precision enhancement in robotic systems.

•       Deep knowledge of robot motion control algorithms, force control algorithms, flexible dynamics, and modern control theory.

•       Experience working with leading industrial robotics companies is advantageous.

•       Willingness to travel internationally.
