We’re proud to be working in partnership with a global leader in sustainable mobility, connectivity, and technology solutions.

As a trusted recruitment agency supporting this key international client, we’re seeking an organised, detail-oriented Operations Improvement Analyst to join their dynamic Site Network team. This is a pivotal role in a business that’s rapidly expanding across Europe, particularly in the areas of fuel network optimisation and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure.

If you enjoy analysing data, improving processes, and making a tangible impact in a collaborative, future-focused environment—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding of new partner sites across European territories
  • Ensure data integrity across internal systems and external partner platforms to support accurate and timely invoicing

  • Support the delivery of infrastructure and process improvement projects across Europe, the UK, and Asia in collaboration with IT and commercial teams
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments, third-party partners, and site operators to ensure operational accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Play a key role in EV network development by maintaining stable and reliable site data

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong Excel skills (advanced level ideal), with confidence using Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and balance priorities
  • Analytical mindset with great attention to detail and a passion for process improvement
  • Experience working cross-functionally, ideally in operations, network support, or data-focused roles
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to challenge the status quo for the better

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive salary of £31,000 – £35,000, depending on experience
  • Supportive team culture in a business committed to continuous improvement
  • Opportunities to grow and develop your skills in an international setting
  • A chance to be part of the energy transition and contribute to the future of sustainable transport
