Project Manager Food and Bev to join a small, experienced team delivering a multi‑site brownfield capital programme across Great Britain plus our Stockholm, Norway and two Iceland sites. Key responsibilities

End‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects and project packages across GB and selected Nordic sites (Stockholm, Norway, Iceland). Manage a small PM team (total of four) and coordinate additional temporary resource on major programmes. Own scope, budget (projects from £500k to £65m), schedule, risk and quality for projects including large transformational and expansion works. Run projects through a staged gating process: gate 1 (idea generation), gate 2 (feasibility ±20% top‑line cost), gate 3 (pre‑execution sign‑off with finalized scope and cost). Lead execution activities: liaise with site teams, contractors, cross‑functional stakeholders, unit leadership and external partners; establish structured routine meetings (weekly cost/steel/progress reviews, etc.). Scope technical packages (e.g., water ring mains, CIP tanks, pumping stations, UVs, SCADA integration, chilling system replacements, mezzanine and civil work studies). Manage heavy integration of works into live production environments; negotiate and influence senior site stakeholders to secure safe, timely access and approvals. Track and report costs, forecasts, invoices, scope deviations and provide narrative updates on scope/cost/time performance. Lead civils work‑stream for large expansions as required, coordinating structural and MEP interfaces. Ensure commissioning, validation and handover to operations. Technical requirements

Strong experience in process and packaging projects within beverage, food or similar manufacturing environments. Proven delivery of major civils works and factory expansions (empty can storage, unloading bases, SRS cranes, hard link interfaces). Hands‑on understanding of: CIP tank and pump design/installation; pumping stations; 3D scanning; water mains installation and distribution; passivation; UV installation; instrumentation and communication systems; SCADA integration. Experience with ammonia chilling systems and replacement studies, mezzanines, static and series load assessments, mechanical/hydraulic installations and low‑voltage supplies (including 24 VDC). Experience managing contractor packages, construction interfaces and validation activities with global brand owners. Proficiency with AutoCAD / 3D tools and full Microsoft Office suite; MS Project and cost trackers preferred. Experience requirements

Seasoned project manager with extensive brownfield modification and machinery installation experience in beverage/food manufacturing. Demonstrable track record delivering projects in the £0.5m–£65m range, including transformational programmes. Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving complex site integrations while minimising production impact. Comfortable operating across multiple sites and geographies, with the ability to travel to GB and Nordic locations as required. Project Overview (Programme Context)
