Regional Sales Manager (Eastern USA)

Location: Remote – Eastern Region (travel approx. 50%)
Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Hours: Full-time

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an energetic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and expand market share across the Eastern USA. You’ll take ownership of regional strategy, lead and inspire distributor partners, and build a high-performing sales team that embodies Uncle Arnie’s values and vision.

What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Lead, motivate, and support distribution partners and sales teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  •  Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow company market presence.
  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers at distribution partners.
  •  Build, train, and mentor state-level sales teams within your region.
  • Track sales trends, competitor activity, and category performance to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and brand partnerships.
  • Represent at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and industry regulations.
  • Partner with Marketing and Executive teams to align regional sales with company goals.
  • Help refine internal processes that improve efficiency, tracking, and communication.
  •  Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  •  5+ years of experience in cannabis or CPG sales, ideally with team or product management experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communicator and confident presenter with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the Eastern region.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing budgets and understanding sales financials.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI tools for smarter, data-driven selling.
  • A proactive, upbeat attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
