Nter Talent is supporting a global leader in innovative business solutions in their search for a Retention Agent to strengthen their team in Antwerp. With a presence in 19 countries and expertise in fleet management, telematics, and fuel solutions, this company is at the forefront of helping businesses optimize their operations through advanced services.
Your Role:
As a Customer Retention Agent in the Telematics team, you will be the key to customer satisfaction and retention. You analyze customer needs, offer suitable solutions, and build strong relationships. Thanks to your empathy, listening skills, and problem-solving ability, you know exactly what’s needed to provide customers with the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to assess their satisfaction and discuss any issues
- Follow up on customer requests and concerns quickly and accurately
- Propose solutions that increase customer satisfaction
- Manage a client portfolio to build long-term relationships
Requirements:
- Professional level in Dutch, French and English
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retention or customer care
- Strong communication skills and comfortable with phone-based customer contact
