Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of solar projects. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with proven experience in managing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of solar projects, ensuring that all project goals are met on time and within budget.

• Team Management: Manage and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

• Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience working on multiple or large scale renewable projects (Solar, BESS, T&D, Wind)

• Strong knowledge of solar technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering solar projects from inception to completion.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Full UK driving license.
