State Sales Manager – Texas

Location: Remote – Statewide (travel approx. 50%)

Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Hours: Full-time

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated and experienced State Sales Manager to lead sales and distribution operations within your state. You’ll be the strategic driver behind all growth efforts — managing key distributor relationships, leading a team of Territory Managers, and ensuring consistent achievement across purchase orders (POs), depletions, and new account acquisition.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and nurture relationships with all state-level distribution partners.
  • Ensure alignment on sales goals, inventory levels, and promotional execution.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Territory Managers.
  • Set clear KPIs and coach team members toward exceeding targets.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, hustle, and brand pride.
  • Track and report on PO goals, depletions, and sell-through performance.
  • Strategically expand the account base across retail and licensed partners.
  • Develop and maintain key retail and on-premise relationships.
  • Ensure product placement, pricing, and visibility meet brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on local activations, events, and brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate sales dashboards and forecasting tools.
  • Analyze trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Present insights and performance updates to senior leadership regularly.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in beverage, cannabis, or CPG sales.
  • Proven success managing distributor relationships and field sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with interpreting sales data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and hands-on mindset.
  • Passion for cannabis culture and Uncle Arnie’s brand mission.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% statewide.
