We’re partnering with a global leader to find a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join their busy and supportive UK team.

You’ll be at the heart of customer operations – ensuring orders run smoothly from start to finish, keeping partners informed, and maintaining top-tier service levels. 💼 What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and processing customer orders – accurately and on time 🕒

• Keeping customers and internal teams updated with order books and SKU availability

• Coordinating warehouse and logistics activity with 3PL partners 🚛

• Proactively resolving delivery challenges and communicating solutions

• Preparing sales and performance reports for review meetings 📊

• Maintaining SOPs, SLAs, and documentation to ensure smooth operations

• Building strong relationships across supply chain, finance, IT, and planning teams 🤝

🎯 What we’re looking for:

• 1–2 years’ experience in Order Management or Customer Service within supply chain or logistics

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Confident with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and ideally SAP 💻

• A proactive problem solver who thrives under pressure

• Bonus points if you speak French, German, or Spanish 🇫🇷🇩🇪🇪🇸
