The Opportunity

We’re working with a leading global organisation at the forefront of their sector, who are experiencing an exciting period of growth.

They are now looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to be based at their impressive Crewe office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a forward-thinking business and take full ownership of high-volume recruitment campaigns, whilst enjoying a modern and vibrant workplace.

 

The Role

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline and volume hiring across the business.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide expert advice on talent markets.
  • Proactively source and build strong candidate pipelines, using LinkedIn, job boards and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Screen and shortlist CVs, presenting strong candidates and supporting managers through hiring decisions.
  • Lead and support recruitment projects designed to enhance processes, candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.

 

About You

We’re looking for a confident and tenacious recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will have a strong track record in building relationships with hiring managers, influencing decisions, and delivering results.

Key requirements include:

  • Previous experience in high-volume recruitment (in-house or RPO).
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing ability.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach with the resilience to work at pace.
