Job Title: Vice President, Pre-Sales (BSS/OSS)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced VP of Pre-Sales with a strong background in
BSS/OSS solution architecture and deep consultative experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2
telecom operators. This is a senior client-facing role requiring someone who can
operate as a trusted advisor to CTOs, CIOs, and senior IT leaders, while also driving
technical solutioning, pre-sales activities, and customer engagement strategies across
North America and CALA.
The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team — travelling
frequently to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events to build trust, strengthen
partnerships, and drive transformation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead pre-sales solution architecture for BSS/OSS transformation and migration
programs.
Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, IT leaders)
within Tier 1 and Tier 2 wireless, fiber, and telecom operators.
Drive requirements analysis, conformity assessments, and technical
responses for RFI/RFPs.
Prepare and deliver compelling demonstrations, PoCs, and onsite workshops.
Develop and present AI, Billing, OCS, and advanced BSS/OSS capabilities in
alignment with customer needs.
Support greenfield engagements as well as large-scale Tier 1 transformation
programs.
Represent the company at trade shows, speaking engagements, and industry
forums.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless
customer experience.
Build and maintain a strong professional network across the telecom
ecosystem in North America and CALA.
Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of experience in BSS/OSS pre-sales, solution architecture, and
customer engagement.
Proven track record in BSS/OSS transformation and migration strategies.
Strong understanding of billing, charging systems (OCS), and AI-driven telco
solutions.
Demonstrated success in relationship management with Tier 1/Tier 2
operators.
Experience leading end-to-end pre-sales cycles including RFI/RFP responses,
PoC delivery, and executive presentations.
Excellent advisory and consultative skills with the ability to engage at C-level.
Comfortable with extensive domestic and international travel (face-to-face
customer engagement is essential).
Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking at trade shows,
conferences, and events.
Based in North America, with easy access to a major airport. (Preference for
Central/Eastern time zones, but West Coast candidates will be considered if
f
lexible with early CET calls.)
