The Role
We’re searching for a high-energy, commercially sharp Business Development Manager / Field Sales Manager to take this message to market.
You’ll be
• Winning new business: Opening doors, creating opportunities, and building lasting partnerships with importers, exporters, and supply chain decision-makers.
• Selling solutions, not transactions: This is about being a partner, a problem-solver, and a value-add resource for clients.
• Spotting opportunities: Identifying gaps in the market and working with our in-house team to build tailored, tech-integrated trade solutions.

About You
• Proven track record in field sales, business development, or solution-led selling — ideally within freight, logistics, supply chain, or SaaS-led services.
• Commercially sharp, with a consultative, partnership-focused sales approach.
• Confident engaging with senior decision-makers and operational leaders.
• Tech-savvy, with a knack for spotting smarter ways of doing things.
