About the Role
Are you passionate about building a standout beauty category that customers love? In this high-impact role, you’ll craft and execute category strategies from scratch, hand-pick brands your customers crave, and launch products that set trends — not follow them. What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver best-in-class category strategies that align with our client’s vision to disrupt the beauty & fashion landscape.

• Source, negotiate, and onboard inspiring beauty brands and must-have products — managing the full journey from supplier talks to product launch.

• Build and continuously optimise category storefronts to make product discovery a delight.

• Operate resourcefully, balancing manual processes while designing scalable systems for the future.

• Dive into customer data, feedback, and category performance to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to plan and execute creative promotional campaigns.

• Own inventory, pricing, and promotions to drive sales, profit, and customer loyalty.

• Tackle ambiguity with confidence — bringing fresh ideas and practical solutions to every challenge.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and tech to ensure category plans deliver real impact.

Who You Are

🌟 Strong background in Retail/eCommerce, Category Management, Buying, or Trade Marketing within the European Beauty & Fashion space (with a focus on beauty).
