Location: Antwerp, on-site
Salary: 2,500–3,500€ gross + monthly bonus 

Nter Talent is supporting an international player in mobility, connectivity, and technology solutions in their search for a Collections Officer to strengthen the team in Antwerp. This company combines an ambitious international structure with a family-like working environment and offers innovative services to help businesses manage their fleets professionally.

Your Role:

As a Collections Officer, you will manage your own client portfolio. You will communicate with customers by phone and email, follow up on payments, and ensure that all invoices are processed accurately and on time. Thanks to a comprehensive training program, you’ll be equipped with the tools to work professionally and independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your own accounts receivable portfolio
• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection of invoices
• Carefully monitor the financial status of customers
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Respond to questions and complaints related to invoices

Requirements:

• Professional level in Dutch and French (English is a plus)
• Experience in a financial, analytical, or administrative role is a plus
• Quick to learn new IT systems
• Detail-oriented, target-driven, and a real team player
• Enjoys structure and has a keen eye for detail
