Desk-Based Sales Advisor – Telematics Solutions
Location: Arlington, VA (On-site, 5 days per week)

Nter Talent is proud to be recruiting for an ambitious and results-driven Desk-Based Sales Advisor to join the fast-growing Telematics division of a global business services leader. The Opportunity:

As a Desk-Based Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s expansion — driving new B2B customer acquisition across the U.S. through consultative selling of their full Telematics suite (GPS Tracking, Asset Tracking, Vision Systems, IoT-enabled features). You’ll manage both inbound leads and outbound outreach, turning prospects into loyal customers.

Please note: This role is based full-time on-site at the company’s Arlington, VA office.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively identify and engage new B2B prospects via phone, email, and digital tools
  • Manage a dynamic sales pipeline — from lead qualification through to close
  • Respond to marketing-generated inbound leads and convert them into active customers
  • Promote the full range of Telematics solutions, driving value and cross-sell opportunities
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience at every stage of the sales process
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM
  • Track and exceed KPIs including call volumes, lead conversion, and revenue generation
  • Share customer feedback and sales insights with marketing and product teams
  • Contribute to ongoing sales training, team collaboration, and process improvement initiatives

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience (telesales, desk-based sales, or inside sales)
  • Background in Telematics, SaaS, or tech solutions is preferred but not essential
  • Proven ability to communicate, pitch, and close deals with business decision-makers
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy environment with individual and team targets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRMs) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a passion for problem-solving
  • A genuine interest in technology and its impact on business efficiency
