Customer Supply Chain Export Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + company bonus
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

We are partnering with a global design-led consumer brand, renowned for its innovative approach to transforming everyday living, to recruit a Customer Supply Chain Export Coordinator. Headquartered in London and operating in more than 100 countries, the business continues to experience strong international growth across retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels.
This newly available position sits within a high-performing Customer Supply Chain team and plays a central role in providing exceptional service to international customers. The successful candidate will support the full execution of Ex Works export orders, ensuring operational accuracy, timely fulfilment, and seamless coordination with 3PL partners and freight forwarders.
Manage the full end-to-end processing of Ex Works customer orders with accuracy and speed
Prepare and validate all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, etc.) in line with customs and customer compliance requirements
Maintain and circulate open order books, providing regular updates to stakeholders and customers
Collaborate with Supply Planning to confirm stock allocation and communicate back-in-stock timings
Track warehouse dispatches and customer collections, escalating delays or issues as required
Coordinate effectively with 3PL warehouse partners and freight forwarders to schedule and monitor collections
Update expected revenue forecasts within Sales Performance Reports
Identify, document, and escalate SLA failures or recurring export issues
Ensure full compliance with current export legislation and internal customer requirements
Support continuous improvement initiatives across documentation flow, ERP usage, and reporting

Customer Service Analyst
2–3 years’ experience in customer service, order management, or export coordination
Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data validation)
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Solid understanding of export processes, documentation, and compliance
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships
Customer-first approach with a passion for delivering service excellence
