This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume, time-critical operation and can deliver outstanding service to customers around the clock.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing the nightly transport operation to ensure all routes run smoothly and on time.

• Leading, motivating, and developing drivers and operational teams to maintain high performance.

• Managing compliance with all transport legislation, health & safety requirements, and company standards.

• Liaising with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve any operational issues swiftly.

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiency and service quality.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in transport management within a fast-paced, multi-drop environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.

• Solid knowledge of transport compliance, driver regulations, and health & safety.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the demands of a 24/7 logistics operation.
