Nter Talent are supporting a global, technology‑driven supply chain leader who are operating one of the world’s largest smart logistics networks. As a Loss Prevention & Safety Manager, you’ll play a critical role in strengthening the resilience, safety, and operational integrity of the global warehouse network. You’ll build and refine safety systems, reduce shrinkage, lead investigations, and support global emergency‑response capabilities — all while integrating a global perspective with local best practices. What You’ll Be Doing
Build and implement a global standardized safety framework, grounded in the philosophy of “prevention first, systematic governance.” Establish safety management systems for each overseas warehouse, including security‑team structure, daily on‑site management, monthly safety meetings, high‑frequency inspections, and annual assessments. Drive achievement of zero fatal accidents, zero major asset‑loss incidents, and maintain inventory shrinkage ≤0.02%. Develop 36 security management policiesacross 12 domains, including EHS, fire safety, electrical safety, special equipment, and visitor control. Lead end‑to‑end loss‑control systems, covering inbound/outbound processes, dynamic inventory checks, and intelligent security‑screening technologies. Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to reduce risks such as receiving discrepancies and fraudulent shipments. Conduct penetrative auditsacross procurement, contracts, construction, and other core business areas using cross‑data comparison and compliance reviews. Lead investigations into internal/external theft, fraud, and violations using a closed‑loop model of risk detection → investigation → rectification → accountability. Provide full‑lifecycle protection for personnel and assets, including labor compliance, emergency response, drug‑prevention measures, and asset‑risk monitoring. Support global emergency‑response operations, leveraging local government, community, and police resources. Contribute to the operation of a 24×365 global monitoring and alarm centerenabling real‑time warehouse oversight and enterprise‑police linkage. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Security, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. 5–10years’ experience in safety, security, loss prevention, compliance, or warehouse operations(international experience preferred). Strong knowledge of EHS, fire safety, asset protection, and operational risk management. Experience in auditing, compliance investigations, or risk‑control frameworks. Ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Mandarin language ability is a plus for cross‑border collaboration. Interested?
