Nter Talent is proud to be supporting a well-established commercial services organisation as they expand into Western Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Regional Manager to take ownership of a brand-new territory, building operations from the ground up while playing a key role in the company’s long-term growth.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building teams, developing customer relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and grow operations across a new regional territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Recruit, train, coach, and lead front-line operational teams.

• Drive service quality, customer retention, and operational performance.

• Manage labour, budgets, scheduling, and overall regional profitability.

• Ensure high standards of health & safety, compliance, and service delivery.

• Build scalable processes to support continued regional growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading multi-site operations, facilities, commercial cleaning, hospitality, logistics, retail, or another service-based environment.

• Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams.

• Commercial awareness with responsibility for budgets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.

• Comfortable working in a start-up style environment where no two days are the same.

• A proactive, hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems and driving continuous improvement.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to support operational demands.

What’s on Offer:

• Base salary of $70,000–$75,000.

• Performance bonus with realistic earnings of $80,000+.
