Nter Talent is supporting a global, technology-driven supply chain and logistics organisation with the search for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing operation in Orlando, FL.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced distribution environment where you’ll play a key role in leading daily warehouse operations, driving operational efficiency, and supporting high-volume fulfilment activities. The business operates across international logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions, with a strong focus on innovation, automation, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and quality standards are consistently achieved while coaching and developing warehouse associates in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory activities

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

• Monitor workflow productivity and resolve operational bottlenecks

• Lead, train, coach, and support warehouse associates

• Allocate labour and assign daily operational tasks

• Conduct inventory cycle counts and audits

• Maintain warehouse safety standards and SOP compliance

• Promote a clean, organised, and efficient working environment

• Communicate operational updates and challenges to management

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience within warehousing, distribution, logistics, or 3PL environments

• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory capacity

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures

• Experience using WMS or inventory management systems preferred

• Mandarin language skills preferred
