Nter Talent is currently supporting a leading global technology-driven supply chain and logistics organisation with the growth of its US commercial team.
We’re looking to speak with experienced Sales Managers across multiple US locations who have a strong background in 3PL, contract logistics, eCommerce, transportation or supply chain solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing international business operating at the forefront of smart warehousing, automation, fulfilment and technology-led logistics.
The Opportunity
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new business, developing strategic customer relationships and growing existing accounts across the US.
You’ll work closely with operations, customer service and internal commercial teams to develop solutions that deliver value for customers while driving profitable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and win new business
• Build relationships with prospective customers and key decision-makers
• Develop and manage key accounts, creating long-term commercial partnerships
• Identify opportunities across contract logistics, 3PL, eCommerce, transportation and supply chain solutions
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Lead commercial negotiations around contracts, pricing and solutions
• Manage sales performance, forecasting and pipeline activity
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience within 3PL, contract logistics, eCommerce, transportation or supply chain
• Proven track record of winning new business and developing key accounts
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain solutions
• Experience selling complex logistics solutions is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or a related discipline is preferred
💰 Package
$75,000 – $110,000 Base + Commission
